Synergy of artificial intelligence and sustainable intentions in entrepreneurship education: A technological aspect of overcoming fear

Abstract
The relevance of the study is due to the
growing role of artificial intelligence (AI) in entrepreneurial education and
the insufficient study of its influence on psychological barriers that limit
sustainable entrepreneurial behavior. The growing fear of failure remains one
of the key obstacles to the formation of sustainable intentions among future
entrepreneurs, which makes it necessary to search for technological solutions
capable of mitigating this effect. The purpose of the research is to identify the
influence of AI-oriented educational practices on reducing entrepreneurial fear
and strengthening sustainable intentions. The methodological basis is based on
the integration of the theory of planned behavior and the theory of protective
motivation, where fear is considered as a mediator between the impact of
educational technologies and sustainable intentions. The empirical base
includes survey data of 412 students from three Middle Eastern universities.
Structural equation modeling by the method of partial least squares (PLS-SEM)
with verified measurement scales was used for the analysis. The obtained
results show that training with the use of AI significantly reduces the level
of entrepreneurial fear and has a positive effect on sustainable intentions, while
the direct influence of AI on their formation is revealed. The model explains a
significant portion of the variance of fear and intentions. The scientific
novelty of the research lies in the integration of the theory of planned
behavior and the theory of protective motivation to explain the psychological
mechanisms of the impact of AI-education on sustainable entrepreneurial
behavior. The practical value of the results consists in the possibility of
using AI tools for the development of psychological stability and the formation
of prosocial business strategies in the educational environment.
